Take The Lead is working to close the gender leadership gap in Media and Entertainment by 2025. To this end, we are building a community of ambitious women committed to gender parity in Hollywood for this four-month, game-changing, leadership program. Participants will build relationships, forge partnerships and share important experiences while learning new ways to access their personal power and utilize practical tools to advance their career and create systemic change. The program will provide access to inspiring women leaders from diverse backgrounds, and a vibrant sisterhood of influential women to support you in the next phases of your career. Working together, we will create increased opportunities for women in the industry, greater recognition of their work, and a new blueprint for female leadership and representation in the industry.

We are excited you are here, and we are looking forward to hearing from you.
